Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safe carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to train drivers and staff on internal and third-party systems and processes.
• Assist in planning, routing, monitoring, and reporting to ensure on-time freight delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Learn to manage yard operations, maintenance coordination, and equipment checks as required.
