Job summary

The role will train you to ensure DOT compliance, manage payroll and budgeting, coach drivers, and prepare operational and financial reports for continued fleet profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant experience; equivalencies accepted.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to set up new carriers and improve productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage driver and employee training and orientation, including customer systems.
