Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• GED or High School diploma with 1 year of related experience in management, transportation/logistics, or account management.
• Willing to travel regionally and relocate as needed; able to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and external carriers to optimize set-up and productivity.
• Assist with fleet operations, scheduling, routing, and profitability analysis.
• Support payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting to monitor performance.
• Gain experience in safety, DOT compliance, and driver coaching.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve service issues and plan loads.
