Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of relevant experience required
• Ability to travel to account, customer and company events
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends may be needed
• Willingness to relocate regionally depending on account assignment

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and safe outside carriers
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations
• Train drivers and employees on internal and customer systems
• Analyze P&L statements, invoicing, and prepare customer reporting and financial analyses
• Manage yard operations, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance
• Resolve service issues, routing, and planning with drivers and customers
• Support safety culture through driver safety messages and trainings
• Plan loads, routes and monitor freight movements to meet customer requirements
