The role supports a large fleet of service vans and trucks, coordinating repairs, managing vendors, and preserving vehicle availability to keep technicians in the field and customers served. Full-time on-site position with a competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management of multiple vehicles.
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are available, properly equipped, registered, insured, maintained, and ready for new and existing field employees.
• Manage high-volume fleet operations and minimize downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs based on mileage and usage.
• Coordinate repairs with dealers, repair facilities, and vendors.
• Monitor fleet metrics: availability, downtime, maintenance history, and utilization.
• Maintain vehicle documentation and fleet records.
• Forecast vehicle needs with leadership.
• Onboarding and assigning vehicles to new hires.
