Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Fleet Specialist to assist the Fleet Manager by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting driver behavior through the company’s telematics system. The role supports policy enforcement, vendor coordination, and vehicle maintenance in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities include developing driver training, coordinating with departments, ordering vehicles, and ensuring fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or GED required, or relevant prior work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/Numbers, Keynote and Pages.
• Strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report driving behaviors and violations via telematics systems.
• Coordinate with fleet vendors and monitor the Facilities Ticket queue.
• Develop and monitor driver training program.
• Administer and enforce vehicle safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate fleet information with drivers and leadership.
• Order new company vehicles and handle field repair/maintenance requests.
• Ensure vehicles are outfitted and maintained; liaise with other departments.
• Sit at a desk and type for eight hours a day.
