Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group seeks a Fleet Specialist to support the Fleet Manager in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting driving behaviors via the Driver Telematics system. The role includes coordinating with fleet vendors, maintaining safety policies, and managing vehicle maintenance and driver training.

This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; relevant experience preferred.
• Prior company knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report driving behaviors using the Driver Telematics system.
• Meet with fleet vendors and monitor the Facilities Ticket queue.
• Develop and monitor the driver training program; enforce vehicle safety policies.
• Coordinate fleet information with drivers and leadership; order new vehicles; liaison for repairs.
• Maintain and oversee EZ Passes; ensure vehicles are outfitted and maintained.
• Desk-based work, eight hours daily; perform other duties as assigned by management.
