Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of our fleet across branch locations. The role is corporate and office-based, partnering with branches and external repair vendors to keep vehicles safe, compliant, and cost-efficient.

You will administer fleet maintenance platforms, use telematics data to drive proactive decisions, plan replacement cycles, and manage driver qualification files.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management and repair oversight.
• Experience administering a fleet maintenance platform (Fleetio) required.
• Experience with telematics (Geotab) required.
• Strong vendor relationships and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of the fleet across all branch locations to ensure prompt, proper service.
• Serve as primary point of contact for branch locations on all fleet repair, maintenance, and equipment issues.
• Coordinate with outside repair vendors, dealers, and mobile services near each branch; prioritize repairs by urgency and impact.
• Manage parts sourcing and vendor relationships to minimize downtime and costs.
• Establish preventive maintenance and inspection standards for each location.
