Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of our fleet of light- and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment across multiple branch locations. This is a corporate, office-based role working with internal customers and a network of repair vendors to keep assets safe, compliant, and cost-effective.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet management experience overseeing repair and maintenance for light-/medium-duty trucks and heavy equipment.
• Experience administering a fleet maintenance platform (e.g., Fleetio).
• Experience with telematics platforms (e.g., Geotab).
• Demonstrated ability to manage vehicle lifecycle planning and replacement scheduling.
• Experience managing Driver Qualification files and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of the fleet across all locations, ensuring timely and proper service.
• Serve as primary contact for branch locations on fleet issues.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, dealers, and mobile repair services to prioritize repairs.
• Manage parts sourcing and vendor relationships to minimize downtime and cost.
• Establish and monitor preventive-maintenance standards for each location.
• Develop lifecycle plans for vehicles and equipment, including replacement timing.
• Track fleet metrics and report to leadership on uptime and spend.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance across locations.
