Job summary

MTM Transit in Sebring, FL seeks a Supervisor, Fleet to lead fleet operations, ensure safety, and oversee maintenance. You will monitor routes, manage driver assignments, and coordinate maintenance to keep the fleet reliable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (2+ years preferred).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• No suspensions, DUI, or more than 1 citation in the past 5 years.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Previous experience working with senior citizens or persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor passenger feedback and safety concerns on service.
• Ensure daily routes are staffed with drivers and on‑time performance is tracked.
• Oversee fleet maintenance program and vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate accident data collection and reporting with leadership.
• Assist drivers with questions and on‑road support.
• Provide management with route and schedule effectiveness reports.
