Job summary

MTM Transit seeks a Supervisor, Fleet in Sebring, FL to ensure fleet operations meet standards and regulatory requirements. You will monitor maintenance, manage vehicle life cycle, and advise leadership of issues affecting accountability. This role involves overseeing routes, driver performance, and on-time service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience (2+ years preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• No suspensions, DUI, or more than one citation in past 5 years.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Experience working with senior citizens or persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor passenger feedback and safety concerns to improve service quality.
• Oversee driver assignments and on-time performance; monitor driving/safety practices.
• Manage fleet maintenance program and preventive maintenance data entry.
• Coordinate data/photos at accident scenes and assist with investigations.
• Provide on-road support and answer driver questions.
