MTM Transit in Mojave, CA is seeking a Road Supervisor to oversee fleet operations, ensure compliance with government standards, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance. The role monitors accidents, guides route staffing, and develops cost‑effective schedules to meet customer needs.

Valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required. The job involves supervising drivers, maintaining maintenance programs, and generating utilization reports.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT and FTA safety regulations preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of accident investigation preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and training practices and procedures.
• Ability to communicate, teach and mentor employees.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee on time performance measures of drivers and safety practices daily.
• Provide oversight of fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate data collection at accident and incident scenes.
• Assist with accident determination and investigations.
• Support drivers with questions, customer assistance and on‑the‑road support.
• Assist customers with information and complaint resolution.
• Provide reports to evaluate route and schedule effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
