Job summary

MTM Transit in Tracy, CA is seeking a Road Supervisor to ensure fleet operations meet standards and comply with regulations. You will monitor driver performance, oversee maintenance, and manage route planning to meet client needs.

The role requires a CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement, supervisory experience, and the ability to pass DOT medical and background checks. Starting pay ranges $30.00–$32.00/hr, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field preferred.
• Must possess a valid CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• No more than 6 points on driving record in last 4 years.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Confidentiality and regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance measures of drivers.
• Provide fleet maintenance oversight.
• Coordinate data collection at accident scenes (photos, reports).
• Investigate and assist with accident determinations.
• Assist drivers with questions and on-road support.
• Assist customers with information and complaint resolution.
• Provide management with reports to evaluate route and schedule effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
