State of Vermont is seeking an experienced Central Garage Fleet Operations Supervisor in Berlin to lead a team of regional supervisors, technicians and parts specialists. You’ll guide fleet service, maintenance, repair and related operations for a wide range of vehicles and heavy equipment.

A successful candidate will demonstrate fleet aptitude, mechanical understanding, scheduling, training, and excellent communication to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in automotive services or fleet coordination.
• Experience as a supervisor, manager, or team lead.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of regional supervisors, technicians and parts specialists in fleet operations.
• Oversee service, maintenance, repair and other operations of a large fleet of vehicles and equipment.
• Prioritize and delegate work, schedule training, and communicate with stakeholders.
