Responsibilities

• Direct on-site technicians to ensure repairs are safe, efficient and timely.
• Oversee repair planning and scheduling to boost productivity and monitor shop performance.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and coaching to technicians.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage costs related to personnel and outsourcing.
• Inspect outside repairs for compliance with safety and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of engine, emission, transmission, brake, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Lead vendor relationships and understand equipment warranties.
• Demonstrate leadership and develop staff to meet goals and values.
