Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services, seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Tempe, AZ. You will ensure vehicles are properly maintained, insured, registered, and scheduled for service while coordinating with vendors, customers, staff, and management to optimize fleet efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of fleet management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fleet inventory with vehicle details (make, model, purchase date, mileage).
• Coordinate with insurance companies to file vehicle claims.
• Coordinate with accounting to arrange payments for services.
• Monitor non-conforming drivers per IES Fleet Policy.
• Coordinate fleet repairs and maintenance requests.
• Manage fleet shared inbox.
• Audit and update vehicle information in company database.
• Order and track safety kits and decals.
• Conduct monthly fleet information audits by department.
• Assist with monthly invoicing and KPI reports.
• Provide backup for vehicle maintenance approvals.
• Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
