Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage the daily vehicle inventory, update idle and out-of-service status, and coordinate with vendors to keep the fleet running. The role supports operations across locations and requires attention to detail and timely communication.

You will issue POs, arrange repairs, assist with vehicle transfers, monitor overdue rentals, respond to emails promptly, and maintain an accurate fleet status from arrival to return.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of office experience.
• 2+ years in the car rental industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily inventory of all vehicles.
• Update the status of idle and out-of-service vehicles daily.
• Monitor overdue rentals and take action as needed.
• Issue POs to vendors.
• Assist with movement of vehicles when needed.
• Maintain an accurate fleet status from arrival to return.
• Respond promptly to all email requests.
• Coordinate the transfer of cars needing repair to the vendor or facility.
