Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage repairs, movements, and daily fleet operations. You will work with Fleet Associates, internal teams, and vendors to ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for members. Strong organization and adaptability are essential in this on-site role.

You will monitor fleet systems, update tickets, and respond to requests across departments, while supporting partner fleet programs and routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Background with third-party vendors is a plus.
• Experience with online, ticket-based workflows and fleet operations is preferred.
• Logistics background is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repairs from start to finish with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with hands-on fleet work when needed.
• Monitor fleet reports to identify vehicles needing attention (repairs, recalls, holds, high-idle).
• Support on-site fleet moves, de-fleets, and preparation tasks.
• Keep fleet systems and tickets updated to reflect status and progress.
• Respond to fleet requests from internal teams and ensure follow-through.
