Job summary

Responsibilities include tracking repairs, assisting with hands-on fleet work, and monitoring fleet systems daily. Must be organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Strong relationship-building skills are important.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repairs from start to finish with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with hands-on fleet work when needed (moving vehicles, field work tickets).
• Monitor fleet reports and systems daily to identify vehicles needing attention.
• Support vehicle in-fleets, de-fleets, moves, and other fleet needs, including documentation.
• Keep fleet systems and work tickets up to date for visibility.
• Respond to fleet requests and ensure follow-through to resolution.
• Support partner fleet programs by coordinating repairs and communicating updates.
• Complete other fleet-related tasks and projects as needed.
