Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to help keep Zipcar vehicles safe, clean, and ready for members. You will coordinate repairs, support field work, and monitor fleet status while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on-site in Boston.

The role emphasizes organization, adaptability, and timely updates to fleet systems. Regular on-site presence is required, with benefits including competitive insurance and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

Valid driver\'s license required.
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform on-site tasks.
Experience with fleet management or ticket-based workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle repairs from start to finish with teams and vendors.
Assist with hands-on fleet work when needed.
Monitor fleet reports daily to identify vehicles needing attention.
Support fleet in-fleets, de-fleets, moves, and related tasks.
Keep fleet systems and tickets up to date for visibility.
Respond to fleet requests and ensure follow-through to resolution.
Coordinate vehicle repairs for partner fleet programs.
Complete other fleet-related tasks as needed.
