Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Los Angeles to oversee maintenance of the roadside assistance and auxiliary fleets. You will coordinate with operations teams, vendors and site leaders to ensure on‑time maintenance, resource planning and data accuracy.

The role includes hands‑on minor repairs and reporting on Fleet TAS metrics. The position requires an associates degree or equivalent experience, vendor management skills, and proficiency with Google Suite and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (and /or equivalent job experience)
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Strong time management and attention to detail; able to prioritize multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of Roadside assistance fleet with operations team and vendors.
• Monitor and triage unplanned maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot minor vehicle issues (flat tires, wiper blades, fuses).
• Organize fleet bring-up for new vehicles and maintain fleet data accuracy.
• Generate and present reports on TAS Fleet performance.
