Advantage Technical is seeking a Fleet Vehicle Coordinator to manage fleet logistics from Fountain Valley, CA. You will coordinate scheduling, acquisitions, inspections, and returns, while analyzing data to improve operations and ensure vehicles are available to meet business needs.

The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. The position emphasizes attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to maintain accurate fleet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; analytical experience required.
• Strong data analysis and database research experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to inspect and move vehicles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet vehicle scheduling, assignments, and availability
• Manage vehicle acquisitions, deliveries, inspections, and returns
• Support fleet quality initiatives through data analysis and reporting
• Track vehicle loans, driver documentation, and compliance requirements
• Identify trends and root causes from quality and operational data
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill vehicle requests and resolve issues
• Assist with fleet events, vehicle testing activities, and special projects
• Develop and maintain fleet tracking systems, reports, and action plans
• Provide timely updates and support to stakeholders across departments
