Job summary

SRP is seeking a Transportation Services Resource Advisor to provide critical admin, customer service, scheduling, and operational coordination in a fast-paced garage. This role interacts with customers, shop personnel, vendors, and leadership while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities include real-time equipment status monitoring, coordinating scheduling, vendor coordination, and SAP-related transactions. Requires strong organization and adaptability.

Qualifications

• College-level coursework related to the position from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of related work experience is required.
• Experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, and Operations coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary customer support and communication point by greeting visitors, answering phones, fielding questions, providing unit status updates, and supporting vehicle access.
• Coordinate shop scheduling and work order activities, including customer repairs, preventive maintenance, recalls, reschedules, vendor appointments, vehicle transports, and road calls.
• Perform SAP-related work, including vendor purchase orders, invoice coding, expensing, and related transactions.
