Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support shop management through timely communications, scheduling, inventory ordering and stocking, and maintenance file management.

You will drive customer satisfaction and coordinate with rental counters, vendors, and technicians to keep operations flowing. In this role you’ll handle administrative duties, process repair orders, manage parts inventory, and ensure accurate maintenance records while delivering dependable service in

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Improve customer communications, interface, resolve issues and drive satisfaction.
• WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT: Schedule repairs, review maintenance reports, coordinate with rental counter.
• PARTS MANAGEMENT: Manage parts inventory, ordering, stocking, and warrants.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: Handle shop calls, clerical duties, and process accounts payable.
