Salt River Project is looking for a Transportation Services Resource Advisor to provide administrative and customer service support in a fast-paced garage environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a focus on customer needs.

The selected candidate will greet visitors, manage schedules, field questions, and maintain necessary documentation. The position allows remote work up to three days a week, but applicants must reside in Arizona.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of related work experience is required.
• Communicate professionally and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Work in a fast-paced garage environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary customer support and communication point.
• Use GeoTab to support real-time equipment status.
• Coordinate shop scheduling and work order activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support accident and incident reporting.
