Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet Services team. You will support our Eastcroft and Woolsthorpe workshops, coordinating bookings, scheduling maintenance, and handling invoices and purchase orders.

The role requires strong IT, numeracy and customer service skills and a full driving licence. The position involves hands-on workshop coordination across two depots, working with internal and external customers, and providing professional service to keep

Qualifications

• Experience of customer service in a busy environment.
• Experience of raising invoices and purchase orders.
• A full driving licence and ability to operate across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Book and organise workshop jobs and plan capacity.
• Coordinate MOT tests, servicing and repair bookings.
• Create and maintain servicing schedules for vehicles, plant and equipment.
