Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with drivers to handle delays and adjust schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance with vendors.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes based on customer demands and efficiency.
• Provide timely updates to customers on delivery statuses and delays.
• Resolve customer concerns related to fleet services and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
• Manage billing for customers and liaise with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure billing processes are completed with proper documentation.
