EDPO Brand in Hollister, CA is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead maintenance, scheduling, and asset management for our heavy-duty diesel fleet. You will oversee vehicles, equipment, and facilities, driving uptime and safety while coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and the General Manager.

This hands-on leadership role requires diagnosing mechanical issues, planning preventive maintenance, and implementing asset-tracking processes to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, and related vehicle components.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, repair priorities, and fleet readiness.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in a transportation, fleet, industrial, or similar environment.
• Ability to perform hands‑on mechanical work, including lifting equipment and working in shop, field, and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational readiness, organization, and appearance of fleet assets, facilities, and service center grounds.
• Manage fleet and service center assets to maximize utilization, reliability, and return on investment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and repair records using company asset management systems.
• Monitor fleet performance and identify opportunities to improve uptime, efficiency, and long-term asset value.
