Frequent travel between sites is required, with a competitive salary and weekly pay. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in fleet maintenance or operations and 5–8 years of direct management experience, plus a solid grasp of DOT rules and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fleet maintenance or operations.
• 5–8 years of direct management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, educate and develop technicians and shop staff.
• Oversee multiple shop operations and daily manpower planning.
• Monitor performance and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and operations to meet needs.
• Manage payroll approvals and administrative duties.
