Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, educate and develop technicians and shop staff.
• Oversee multiple shop operations and daily manpower planning.
• Monitor performance and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and operations to meet needs.
• Manage payroll approvals and administrative duties.
