The candidate will manage a preventative maintenance program, coordinate major overhauls, and coach staff to meet performance goals while aligning with company policies and values. This is a full-time position in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• 3-5 years in fleet maintenance environment.
• CDL license is preferred; must be legally eligible to work in the US.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance work and repairs.
• Oversee staff coaching, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Plan schedules for major equipment overhauls and replacements.
• Communicate effectively across the organization.
• Monitor progress, quality, and minimize downtime.
• Organize and manage work crews for projects.
• Support continuous improvement and team development.
