Qualifications

• Experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy‑duty diesel trucks.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize repairs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in transportation or fleet settings.
• Hands‑on mechanical work in shop, field, or outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness and appearance of fleet assets and service centers.
• Manage assets to maximize utilization, reliability, and ROI.
• Keep accurate maintenance records in company systems.
• Monitor performance and seek uptime efficiencies.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules with drivers and mechanics.
• Provide safety training and ensure compliance paperwork is up to date.
