Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to process information with high accuracy.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to accounts and customer locations.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities.
• Experience holding people accountable and conducting difficult conversations.
• Ability to perform well under stress and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Train and orient drivers and internal/third-party systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, profitability, KPIs, and present reporting and financial analysis to customers.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll, driver counseling, accident reviews, documentation, pay issue resolutions, invoicing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and safety issues.
