Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and act as a servant leader to assigned drivers; ensure info and opportunities for success.
• Dispatch plans communication to drivers and monitor pickup/delivery timelines.
• Support driver success by ensuring tools and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to keep stakeholders updated with current information.
• Monitor driver performance; identify improvement opportunities and coach through challenges.
• Review KPIs like miles, pay, home time, and upcoming schedules.
