Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in recruiting, sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service.
• Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA hiring requirements.
• Ability to obtain, review, and evaluate MVRs and PSP reports.
• Comfort navigating applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales techniques to align driver needs with flatbed opportunities.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with strong follow-up.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of hiring areas, compensation structures, equipment specs, and policies.
• Guide driver prospects through recruitment lifecycle with professional communication.
• Overcome objections and negotiate offers within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified driver candidates through outbound calling and networking.
