Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting, sales, telemarketing, or high-volume customer service.
• Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA hiring requirements, including driver qualification standards.
• Ability to obtain, review, and evaluate Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) and PSP reports.
• Comfort navigating applicant tracking systems, phone systems, and recruiting databases.
