Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in logistics, business management, or related field, plus 1+ year account management or sales experience.
• Leadership: at least 2 years managing staff or projects.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in account management or sales preferred.
• Transportation/logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Freight procurement: discover and book profitable freight within your zone.
• Customer engagement: develop relationships, address inquiries, identify opportunities.
• Driver collaboration: create dispatch plans with drivers.
• KPIs: analyze market trends to improve regional profitability.
• Business development: onboard new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
• Team collaboration: coordinate with internal teams for a seamless experience.
• Review and negotiate rates: ensure rates are accurate and competitive.
