Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in fleet or logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. EVOC training is preferred or can be completed within 30 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet service activities and maintenance needs.
• Order vehicle parts and supplies while maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate with vendors, repair facilities, and suppliers to obtain updates and resolve issues.
• Track parts availability, repair timelines, and service completion dates.
• Provide regular updates to Operations regarding vehicle status and delays.
• Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain fleet service documentation, invoices, and records.
• Ensure timely entry of work orders and related maintenance documents.
