Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of fleet management or vehicle rental experience.
• Experience coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• 2-5 years of customer service or account management experience.
• Experience working within a B2B environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain on your feet and drive vehicles as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations and vehicle utilization.
• Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, detailing, and refueling activities.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and repair services with vendors.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
• Support customer inquiries and account management activities.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel.
• Monitor fleet performance and recommend improvements.
• Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and data entry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies.
