Ryder System, Inc. in Baltimore seeks an Operations Manager II to lead locations with up to 131–370 truck units.

You will supervise supervisors, technicians and service staff to meet labor, safety, quality and asset targets while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling work, optimizing labor mix, managing shop KPIs and P&L, and ensuring compliance with all SOPs.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three (3) years or more experience in an operations environment or Ryder role required.
• One (1) year to Two (2) years or more Supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations planning, scheduling, and labor optimization for locations with 131–370 trucks.
• Manage labor planning, staffing, training, and performance development.
• Drive customer satisfaction, uptime, and service delivery per CARE Plan.
• Control costs, manage location P&L, and approve invoices and bill-backs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and procedures.
