• Lead a self-directed management team including Operations Managers and Supervisors.
• Drive customer retention, service reliability, and uptime targets.
• Manage Budgets, P&L, and cost-control initiatives in maintenance operations.
• Direct asset, inventory, and quality management to meet safety standards.
