Job summary

Ryder in Denver is seeking a Senior Operations Manager II to lead operations and personnel across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

You will oversee labor planning, staffing, customer relations, budgeting, asset management, and quality initiatives, guiding a self-directed team and aligning with company processes and 6S standards.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• 4+ years in an operations environment or Ryder role required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work analysis, planning, scheduling and RO approval.
• Lead a self-directed management team and develop staff.
• Manage customer relationships, uptime and CSI objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets, payables and invoicing.
• Direct asset and inventory management and 6S standards.
