You’ll manage technicians, customer service coordinators, and shop staff to meet labor, financial, safety, and quality targets while delivering strong customer service and uptime. You’ll drive labor optimization, scheduling, process adherence, 6S standards, asset management, and maintenance planning, reporting on performance and ensuring compliance with Ryder

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Directly manage and develop personnel, including performance management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime.
• Maintain 6S standards and asset management at the shop.
