Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze labor, financial, operating, quality, safety and asset metrics.
• Travel Yes, 1-10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations planning, scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Direct supervision of Supervisors and technicians with accountability for performance.
• Manage location P&L, budget, and cost control measures.
• Drive customer uptime and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Ryder policies, safety standards, and quality controls.
