Job summary

Stic, based in Los Angeles, is building a field and office hybrid role for our FleetOps team. You will connect with drivers, inspect vehicles, and drive campaigns while scaling operations as we expand into new markets.

The role blends fieldwork with in-office communication, leveraging AI tools to improve driver experiences and campaigns. A strong customer-service mindset and LA residency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects across field and office.
• Proficient with Google Suite, spreadsheets, CRMs, and AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and ambassador for Stic.
• Based in Los Angeles; able to work in office and in the field; travel.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and building processes.
• Car wrapping experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prep vehicles for Stic certification, from walkthrough to decal install.
• Deliver a driver experience that motivates referrals.
• Build and run email and SMS campaigns engaging drivers.
• Own day-to-day communication with driver community across channels.
• Support inventory management and reporting to keep operations clean.
• Help build repeatable systems as new markets open.
• Use AI tools to move faster without compromising driver experience.
• Travel to new cities to launch operations.
