Job summary

Drive Awhile is seeking a hands-on Luxury Fleet Operations & Guest Experience Manager to own the vehicle fleet lifecycle in Los Angeles. You will oversee from inspections to recalls, vendor contracts, and reports, ensuring safety, presentation, availability, and cost control.

The role demands leadership in fleet software, negotiating with repair shops, and optimizing rental revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of automotive fleet operations experience.
• Experience coordinating repairs and managing automotive vendors.
• Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete inventory and digital records for every Drive Awhile and Stay Awhile vehicle.
• Track location, mileage, condition, costs, and rental activity for each vehicle.
• Establish and manage preventive maintenance and inspection schedules.
• Inspect tires, brakes, and general vehicle condition for safety and readiness.
• Coordinate routine service, repairs, detailing, and vendor work.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, pickups, returns, and refueling.
