City of New York is seeking a Fleet Management Supervisor to lead the 350-vehicle fleet, supervise Fleet Liaisons, and coordinate with DCAS and external partners. You will analyze operations, budgets, data, and regulatory compliance to drive efficiency.

The role offers remote work up to 2 days weekly under the Remote Work Pilot Program, with HQ in NYC. Civil service path and stakeholders across departments are involved.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or bachelor's degree with relevant public administration/finance focus.
• Experience with large public sector budgets and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operations and performance of ~350 agency vehicles and fleet programs.
• Train and supervise Fleet Liaisons and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review vehicle registrations and regulatory documentation.
• Analyze fleet budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for senior management.
• Audit fleet activity including E-ZPass usage and compliance.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance and controls.
