Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Fleet Coordinator Specialist to support fleet operations, routing coordination, compliance monitoring, and daily driver support. This role operates in a matrix structure, collaborating with Fleet Leadership for daily tasks while acting as an advisory resource rather than final authority.

The position is fully remote with up to 60% travel as directed by leadership. You will coordinate routes, manage MMC routes, ensure maintenance schedules, monitor DOT

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience for Level II.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience for Level III.
• Familiarization with FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Routing & Fleet Coordination: advise on driver assignments and routing decisions.
• Manage MMC routes and adjust route planning as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with maintenance admin.
• Track holidays and travel impacts; assist with travel logistics.
• Monitor hours, logs, and ELDs to ensure DOT compliance.
• Escalate HOS and route compliance concerns to leadership.
• Conduct monthly safety verifications and document safety equipment.
• Prepare monthly safety and mileage reports for leadership.
