Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable driving vehicles and being on your feet throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations and vehicle availability
• Perform pre- and post-service vehicle inspections
• Coordinate vehicle detailing, cleaning, and refueling activities
• Schedule maintenance and repair work with third-party vendors
• Track fleet activities and maintain accurate records
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide ongoing account support and resolve operational issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Support fleet health, utilization, and operational efficiency
• Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation
