TEKsystems is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator for an onsite role in Portland, OR. You will manage daily fleet operations, conduct vehicle inspections, coordinate maintenance with vendors, and maintain accurate records while building strong client relationships.

The position is contract-to-hire with a stable Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in fleet operations, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in fleet operations, vehicle rentals, logistics, or related role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations for assigned fleet vehicles.
• Perform detailed pre-service and post-service vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, detailing, and preparation activities.
• Schedule and track preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and body work with third-party vendors.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance, and fleet utilization.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor fleet performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Provide day-to-day account support and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with clients and operational partners to improve processes and increase program efficiency.
• Support fleet readiness and ensure vehicles meet operational standards.
