Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Budget Truck clerical and fleet-support role in McKees Rocks, PA. You will manage inventory, process purchase orders and invoices, maintain vehicle records, and coordinate movements to keep our fleet available for customers.

This on-site position may require driving Budget Truck vehicles and assisting with onboarding. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, basic MS Office skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work in a shop

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in office clerical work or automotive operations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and operational support to fleet maintenance and rental operations.
• Manage inventory, process purchase orders and invoices, maintain vehicle records, coordinate vehicle movements.
• Support vendor and supply accounts and onboarding activities.
• Source automotive parts, tools, and supplies as needed and assist with training coordination.
• May be required to drive Budget Truck vehicles on public roads to support operations.
